Meet Christie!
My name is Christie (Reiman) Priem, and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist who has specialized in supporting children with communication disorders, cognitive delays, and behavior challenges (and their families!) since 2001. I have worked with a variety of developmental (from birth) and acquired (after trauma) diagnoses in public schools, private schools, private clinics, and in families' homes, as well as in church settings. During that time, my focus has been on providing HOPE, love, and support to children with disabilities and their families. My desire is to equip families, educators, and volunteers with strategies and tools that will help them support and understand the children in their lives, especially those with diagnoses and developmental differences.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in gorgeous and friendly Minnesota. I moved to the beautiful state of Arizona with my husband, Greg, in 1996. We moved back to our home state of Minnesota in 2021, and we couldn't be happier! Greg is a software engineer. We both like cats, science fiction, hiking, the water, and reading.
I LOVE appreciating God's magnificent creation, whether it's my cats, the wildlife in my backyard, or lakes and mountains. I especially love being on or around the water!
I also enjoy running, hiking, yoga, and making delicious plant-based (vegan) food, especially if I get to share it with family and friends. |
Please e-mail me if there is any way I can be helpful to you! |
